Assistant Property Manager/Receptionist for a larger housing cooperative in Stockholm
Do you want a varied role where you work with both service and administration in a safe and well-managed housing cooperative in Stockholm? We are now looking for a structured and solution-oriented person who wants to contribute to stable and long-term management.

The assignment is for six months with the ambition to subsequently transition to employment with the client. During the assignment, you will be covered by a collective agreement, occupational pension, and insurance. Welcome with your application!


About the position
The role is divided and consists of about 55% work as an assistant property manager, while the remaining time consists of service and administrative tasks towards the residents of the cooperative. The role involves a great deal of independence, but also collaboration in everyday life.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Support the property manager in ongoing administration, including damage and insurance matters as well as minor projects
  • Handle daily contacts and mailings to residents via phone, email, and visits
  • Be responsible for keys, access systems, and access management
  • Provide information and support to new residents
  • Administer garage, parking, and bicycle spaces as well as associated queues and contracts
  • Compile simpler documentation and reports for the finance department
  • Handle matters regarding subletting, including control and documentation
  • Be the contact person for external parties such as IT providers and real estate agents

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working with customer service/client contact
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Familiarity with working in digital systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
